Gina K. Designs Sneak Peek Day #4.....................

Today we get to show TWO new fabulous and floral sets designed by Gina!!!!

This sweet and dainty set is called You Are Not Alone.  I used one of the floral circles to make my own background dp in black and white and then stamped it in red as a focal image.  It's a bit hard to see, but on both the black images and the red I have put little rhinestones in the flower centers.  The Pure Luxury Red Hot is so fun with the black and white!!  The black double stitched ribbon was a great touch!  I really don't function well without enough ribbon and bling, do I??!!!  LOL

This next set is called Lean On Me.  The floral silhouettes are just gorgeous!!! I stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black onto the Grass Green Pure Luxury cardstock.  And the sentiments are perfect for a pickmeup or supportive message.  I used the Latte dp!  Some lace and pearls add an elegant touch.

Gina K. Designs Sneak Peek Day #3...................

There's a new Stamp TV Kit this month!!!  It's called Autumn Splendor!!!!

For my first project I used some simple tiles from Home Depot and stamped the images in StazOn.  I heat set them and let them completely dry for a day or two.  Then I very carefully colored with my Copics using a light hand and frequently dabbing off the tips.  Doing that I had no issues with the ink running.  I plan to seal them before giving them as a gift.

I LOVE this Kit!!!  Okay, yes, I love EVERY one of our Stamp TV Kits!!!  I'm so ready for Autumn right now that I just totally am enjoying this beautiful kit!!  I stamped the two sunflower images and colored them with Copics and then kept the rest of the colors black and white so the yellow sunflowers would just POP!!!  And the fun, funky button is from the Black Button Mix.  I used the Houndstooth Cuttlebug Folder and some fun Twine.

Gina K. Designs Sneak Peek Day #2...............

Welcome to Day 2 and some super FUN sneaks!!!!

First here is another FABULOUS scenery set by Theresa called Farm Life.  I just loved this barn image!!  So perfect with the Pure Luxury Tan Leather cardstock!!!  And the other Pure Luxury colors of Green Apple and Lipstick Red go beautifully with Basic Grey Origins.  I love the therapy of coloring with my Copics!!

Now is a new set designed by Asela called Boo!  I wanted to show that this set can be used for non-Halloween designs too!!  So I used the moon and stars image to make a fun nighttime design...and yes, I just had to sparkle them up!!!  LOL  I didn't have a crescent moon charm, so I went with a sweet little heart charm!!

This next set is such a sweet design.....it's by Tami and it's called Faithful Florals.  I love the dainty look and the sweet sentiments!  I used the Memento Markers, Bamboo Leaves and Tangelo to stamp the image with the "huffing" technique!  You know.....where you color the stamp directly with the markers and then you huff and puff until you're dizzy and pass out and have to start over??!!!  LOL  The Pure Luxury Sweet Mango and Grass Green are a perfect match for the Memento colors!!  And yep, had to layer my Fancy Tags again!  I used the fun Cafe Mediterranean dp.

Gina K. Designs Sneak Peeks Day #1............

Oh I can't wait to start sharing this month's peeks!!!  This month is a beautifully FLORAL month!!!

First up is a stunning new set called Wild At Heart by Melanie!!!!  Oh how I ADORE wildflowers!!!!  And the Sweet Mango Pure Luxury is one of my favorite colors!!!  And just a touch of Stickles and some Twill.....ok, also couldn't resist a row of bling along the top!!!  LOL

This card shows the two new sets designed by Nina..........Grand Damask and Fanciful Tags.  How awesome to have a large stamp that is a beautiful swirly design that also has fleur de lis!!  And then you all must know how MUCH I love the Spellbinder's Fancy Tags......so I was thrilled with the designs and sentiments that were especially made for this set!!!  I thought a monochromatic design using Pure Luxury Red Hot and then embossing the design really just pops it!!!

Gina K. Blast From The Past Hop Day #5!!!!!!!

WoooHooo!!!  Have you enjoyed the trip and the reminiscing??!!  This last night features Tami and Gina!!!  And then there is some special and fun news!!!!

Ohhhhh this is still one of my all-time favorite Gina K. sets, Warm And Cozy Christmas!!!!!  And sooo fun to color with Copics of course!!!  And so I had to use some of my most favorite Basic Grey....Eskimo Kisses!!!!  And bling it up for sure!!!  The snowman is covered in Stickles!!

And one of my favorite sets by Tami, Fairy Tales!!!!  I just ADORE girly and pink you know!!!  In honor of Tami's style, I also made a CAS card!!!  Well,  ***my*** version of CAS anyway!!!  LOL  The pink shoe is glitzed up with Stickles and just a simple color palette of Bubblegum Pink and White!!!  I do love the sweet pink and white woven ribbon!!

Gina K. Blast From The Past Hop Day #3!!!!!!!

Are you just having a "blast" reminiscing with some fun "oldies but goodies"??!!!!  Tonight we'll focus on some early Stamp TV sets and stamps by the absolutely sweet and talented Alicia K......Gina's daughter!!!

I just love Alicia's absolutely sweet fairy images from Wishes And Dreams!!!  I hope she will design some more for us in the future!!  Now I just had to use lots of pink and sparkle for this card!!!  LOL  Again more wonderful images to color with my Copic addiction!!!  I was in a colorful mood, so I used Pure Luxury Vibrant Violet, Grass Green, Lemon Drop and White. I had to add some Stickles for her wings!!  The dp is from DCWV Flower Shower.  I thought a whimsical heart pin with a shimmery bead would be a fun way to dress up the ribbon!

Gina K. Blast From The Past Hop Day #2!!!!!!!

Welcome to Day 2!!!!  Tonight we're featuring some favorites from Theresa and Rupa!!!!!

I just love Theresa's set, Out West............of course I live in the Colorado mountains so I how could I not love it??!!!  LOL  I followed Theresa's tutorial on coloring the saddle:  Saddle Tutorial.  She is an amazing colorist and generously gives fabulous and easy-to-follow instructions!!!  I used Pure Luxury White, Chocolate and Turquoise Sea along with Basic Grey Max and Whiskers.  I love the color teal with a Western theme!!!  Some beige Twill and pearls are the only embellies....I restrained myself!  LOL  Oh the little clip too!

I do love Rupa's winter sets!!  This one is Warm And Wonderful and I used a rather CAS design......something I am trying to do more of lately.  Well, sometimes anyway!  LOL  I'll never lose my love for layers and bling!  Heehee!!  The Snowflakes Cuttlebug Folder adds so much texture and design that it's rather quick and easy to make a CAS card!!  I love red and white winter cards, so I used the Vivid Brick and some Red Polka Dot Satin ribbon.  Had to get a few gemstones on there too!!!

Gina K. Blast From The Past Hop Day #1!!!!!!!!

Welcome to a special Hop!!!!  The regular Gina K. Designs release will be at the end of the month, meanwhile we have a special Design Team hop!!!  We are all showcasing our fabulously talented Illustrators and highlighting some of our favorite stamp sets!!!  This way we get to show a little love for some "oldies but goodies"!!!!  Tonight it's some fun with Melanie and Nina!!!!

First up is Melanie's absolutely adorable Cuddles And Hugs!!!!!  It's such a sweet stamp set!!!  And of course the images are fabulous to color with Copics!!  I used the Pure Luxury Cardstock colors of Grass Green, Wild Dandelion, Chocolate and White.  The dp is Basic Grey Origins and the Gingham Ribbon matches perfectly!!

• Paper: Pure Luxury Black Onyx, White
• Ink: Versamark
• Accessories: White EP, Pearls, Ribbon

Next is such a beautiful and versatile set from Nina, Vintage Borders.  As a background or as a focal point these stamps are just beautiful!!  I stamped the image several times in Versamark and embossed it in white.  And since I love a pop of red with black and white I thought a touch of ribbon and pearls would do the trick!  The edging is the Spellbinder's Tulip Borderability.
